Support for SMEs

To build up in due course a vibrant, diversified and competitive pool of professionals and technical personnel to support Hong Kong’s future development in the maritime and aviation sectors.

• Maritime and Aviation Internship Scheme – Maritime
  The Scheme contributes up to 75% of each intern's monthly honorarium, or HK$7,000 (whichever is lower), up to three months to the participating companies for an internship period of at least four weeks (i.e. 28 days).
• Maritime and Aviation Internship Scheme – Aviation
  The Scheme contributes up to 75% of each intern's monthly honorarium, or HK$7,000 (whichever is lower), up to three months to the participating companies for an internship period of at least four weeks (i.e. 28 days).
• Professional Training on Smart and Green Logistics Scheme (PTSGLS)
  Provides subsidies up to 80% of the course fees for local training courses on modern, smart and green logistics organised by eligible logistics associations and training/education institutions, subject to a cap of HK$6,500 for each participant.
• Logistics Promotion Funding Scheme (LPFS)
  Provides sponsorship of up to 100% of the total project costs for local promotional campaigns and activities organised by eligible logistics-related organisations and professional bodies for promoting the smart, innovative, high-end and professional image of the logistics industry.
• Internship Scheme on Modern Logistics
  Provides sponsorship of up to 75% of each intern’s monthly honorarium (capped at HK$7,500 per intern per month) for a maximum period of three months to eligible logistics companies to offer internship placements to full-time students undertaking undergraduate or sub-degree or diploma programmes in tertiary or training institutions in Hong Kong or outside Hong Kong.
