To support high potential startups in all industries and fast track their global expansion.

Acceleration Programme is a two-year programme offering the following support to successful applicants:

Financial Support

• Secure funding of up to HKD4,800,000, in subsidies to cover company’s expenses for public relations and marketing, professional services and corporate compliance.

Fundraising Support

• Gain access to extensive investor network to diversify sources of funding
• Get guidance on preparing financing materials, deal structuring and execution, as well as negotiations with investors.

Business Development Support

• Go regional and global with support for product trials, business expansion tours and executive coaching.

Professional Services Support

• Receive guidance about building a solid foundation for company growth, backed by professional services on risk management, intellectual property (IP) strategy, compliance and operations.

Accelerate to the Next Stage

• Equip management level with knowledge and skills for later stage growth.
• Get the team prepared with necessary skills in organisation management, business upscaling and capital structuring.

• A growth-stage company looking to scale globally
• Current incubation company or a tenant of HKSTP
• Have headquarters, executive functions and a corporate CEO based in Hong Kong
• Have less than 100 employees
• Have at least 50% of full-time staff members based in Hong Kong engaging in technology-related work

• HKSTP Acceleration Programme is open for application all year round.
