To encourage innovation and commitment to grow by supporting the development of innovative ideas and early-stage start-ups.
- There are four sub-programmes under the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) to distribute resources among different target groups to achieve its objectives. All sub-programmes have Individual Application and Company Application. Please refer to corresponding sub-programme pages for application eligibility.
(1) Professional Programme (PP)
(2) Hong Kong Young Entrepreneur Programme (HKYEP)
(3) Cyberport Greater Bay Area Young Entrepreneurship Programme (Cyberport GBA YEP)
(4) Cyberport University Partnership Programme (CUPP)
- Apart from cash grant of HKD100,000, CCMF provides access to Cyberport’s extensive resources and support for innovators and entrepreneurs, including:
(1) Training, mentorship and business advice
(2) Business development and investment connections
(3) A local and global business network
(4) Publicity and promotion
(5) Industry recognition and validation
(6) Alumni network and peer support
- Successful completion of CCMF programme may increase the chance of acceptance to Cyberport Incubation Programme.
All sub-programmes have Individual Application and Company Application. Generally speaking, individual applicant must be a HKID card holder, while company applicant must be a limited company registered and incorporated in Hong Kong. For details, please refer to corresponding sub-programme pages.
Cyberport Creative Micro Fund does not accept application all year round. Please visit respective Programme's website for the application period.
Professional Programme
- Applicants shall submit the online application form via Cyberport Entrepreneurship Management System with supporting documents by the application deadline.
- Online application should be submitted by the principal applicant of Individual Application or the founder/ co-founders and director of the Company Application. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
Hong Kong Young Entrepreneur Programme
- Applicants shall submit the online application form via Cyberport Entrepreneurship Management System with supporting documents by the application deadline.

Cyberport Greater Bay Area Young Entrepreneurship Programme
Applicants shall submit the completed Cyberport Greater Bay Area Young Entrepreneurship Programme Application Form with supporting documents by the application deadline.
Cyberport University Partnership Programme
Interested applicants should contact co-organising university representatives for nomination.
